Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges Made Easy

Our exchange policy is designed to be simple, fair and easy to understand. Please read our simple policies on returns & exchanges.

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days.

CUSTOMERS, however , are NOT ENTITLED TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE due to

a. customer’s sudden change of mind and yet, item is in good working condition.

b. defects were found to be caused by customer’s misuse or mishandling of item.

Present Original Proof of Purchase  (i.e official receipt, sales invoice, warranty certificate, online order confirmation email etc.)

Item returned completely with accessories and packaging and is in good, original salable conditon. No signs of use, scratches, dents and/or signs of tampering or mishandling.

item undergoes a screening process to determine appropriate remedy of defective item:

Step 1: REPAIR: allow if item is within warranty terms and conditions depending on product type. as such, KIKSHARDWARE.PH will refer customer to respective manufacturer’s service center for repair.

Step 2: REPLACEMENT

a. of the same model and brand originally bought, if irreparable and while stocks supply last.

b. of an upgraded or diffrent model or brand if original is unavailable, provided:

  1. New item’s price point is equal or more than the price of defective item.
  2. customer will pay for price diffrence or excess amount, accordingly.
  3. subject for approval of manufacurer where defective item is due.

Step 3: Consider RETURN/REFUND as last resort if purchased item is found to be irreplaceable due to unavailibiltyof stocks.

 

Items should be returned within 7 days from purchase date.
Otherwise, a 10% service charge will be imposed.

When you receive your item/s we recommend you keep all of the original product packaging just incase you decide you want to exchange or return that item.

Said item must be in good condition, not open, unused, unwashed, as well as the packaging must be in original form.

We will not accept returns and replacement of all customized
items such as:
1. Cut Products
2. Mixed  Paints
3. Indent Orders
